I am looking for a home for Alli our husky/mix. Due to a death in the family, and taking in another animal for the deceased, I sadly need to get rid of one of the dogs. She is just over a year. She came as a stray before getting her, so I dont know much. I have had her 4 months now and she is quite the character! She loves to chew on rawhides and bones. Knows sit, down and shake. She has energy and loves to run around. Shes been out to the farm around horses, goats, sheep. She has been good with other dogs and also our 2 house cats. Shes 90% of the time outside, but we do bring her in the house about an hour at a time occassionaly. Shes never had an accident in the house, however, Im not sure that she is actually potty trained either since we dont have her in long enough to know. While Im at work shes in her kennel/garage and when I come home shes outside in the fenced in yard. Before getting the fence I tied her up for about a month and she did well with that too...however, shes an active dog and I think running around makes her happier. She is spayed, heartworm tested negative (Aug 2011) and all shots are up to date (done Aug 2011 as well). She also has been getting frontline and heartguard while with us. She weighs 48.5 pounds when weighed a month ago. I really want to find a good home that can give her the attention that she needs and the time she deserves. As I now have three dogs, I dont feel that it is fair to them all to get the attention that they should have. She has been a great girl and Im sad to get rid of her.
