Any size parcel from 2 to 40 acres, depending on cost. Price per acre must be below current market price for tillable ground, since this property will essentially be a nature preserve and will not generate income (not going to be used for crops or hunting). OK if there are old buildings on site. Must be several miles away from cities, towns and highways. Prefer a gravel road. No neighbors or operations nearby, other than farming or ranching. Total darkness, total silence, total seclusion.
